DOMERA offers measured 2D floor plans with Smart and Signature Listing packages, with a 3D rendered floor plan available as an add-on. This is especially useful for multi-level homes, townhomes and layouts with separate living spaces.

A 3D rendered floor plan is available for $59 CAD as an add-on. It is a presentation of the layout, not an interactive virtual tour. Choose it when a more visual overview would help your marketing.
Scope matters
Describe suites, separate buildings and any inaccessible rooms when booking. Confirm the measurement scope and how different areas will be represented. Listing plans are not a substitute for a legal survey or construction drawings.

Are floor plans included with photography?

Is a 3D floor plan the same as a virtual tour?
No. A rendered floor plan gives a visual overview of the layout. A virtual tour provides a different way to explore the property and is booked separately.
Can you measure a home with a separate suite?
Discuss the full layout and access when booking. Each space intended for measurement needs to be identified and accessible.
